Tina Dorn is a woman transformed by purpose, healed from Breast Cancer by God’s grace, and committed to helping others discover the light God placed within them. As the creator of G.L.O.W. Theory, she brings authenticity, warmth, and spiritual depth to women who are ready to step into their identity and shine.

Her mandate is clear:
G.L.O.W. Theory products are designed to help women witness God’s light through their lives with confidence, courage, and clarity.

Tina’s Journey

Tina spent years supporting others from the background, wrestling silently with insecurity, imposter syndrome, and the fear of being fully seen. Through spiritual growth, mentorship, and emotional intelligence development, she learned how to dismantle those internal barriers—rising strong as a woman who chooses to walk boldly in her God-given identity.

G.L.O.W. Theory emerged from that transformation.
It is a reflection of Tina’s journey of learning to:
